Payment

All services require a non-refundable retainer deposit/retainer. The reason this is non-refundable is that you are buying a commitment from us to have staff and/or a venue available to you at some point in the future. Should your circumstances change, our time, and opportunity to rebook the same service with another customer, will have passed.

Time is our inventory and it has value! We hope you can understand.

IF YOU ARE MAKING YOUR INITIAL RETAINER PAYMENT FOR YOUR RESERVATION, WE WILL WAIVE THE 3% FEE. IF YOU ARE MAKING AN INSTALLMENT TOWARDS A RECEPTION PACKAGE, IT IS SUBJECT TO A 3% CREDIT / PAYPAL PROCESSING FEE.
